We are seeking a Fund Administration Manager to join a multinational financial services organization in Grand Cayman. This is a permanent, full time opportunity to join an offshore mutual fund and trust administration business.
Duties will include:
- Development of new business conversion plans, trust and fund restructurings and delivery of trust services
- Ensuring fiduciary obligations and risks are identified and assessed
- Reviewing, drafting and editing fund and trust documents
- Filing of trusts and funds with CIMA
- Providing guidance to clients regarding establishing, restructuring and liquidating trusts/funds
- Maintaining fund legal records
- Training and supervising support level staff
- Liaising with clients, legal advisors, managers and regulators as required
Candidate requirements include:
- Full STEP or ICSA membership
- A University degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- 4 + years' professional trust and corporate secretarial experience within the trust industry
- 4 + years' professional fund admin experience in the fund industry
- A working knowledge of trust and mutual fund structures
- Good understanding of Cayman laws and CIMA guidelines
- Proficiency in MS Office programmes
- Excellent communicator at all levels
