JOB SUMMARY

This position is primarily geared towards servicing and maintenance of all merchandising equipment, chilled and frozen trucks as well as the AC Units in the offices and warehouses

REPORTING RELATIONSHIPS

This position reports to the Warehouse Manager(s) directly.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Proper Maintenance of Inventory, Equipment and Spare Parts

2. Reporting all low stock levels to Management

3. servicing of all Merchandising equipment, servicing and repair of all chilled and frozen trucks; servicing and repair of all AC Units in the office; servicing and repair of auto AC units (as requested)

4. Ensuring that the work area is kept clean and tidy at all times

OTHER FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Refrigeration Technician will perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Manager that may be deemed necessary for the effective functioning of the Department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

1. Completion of Secondary School

2. Ability to read and write and understand instructions

    

    

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. 3(Three) Ordinary Level Passes

2. Fit physical condition

3. Pleasant Disposition and well mannered

4. Ability to communicate well

5. Team Player

6. Previous Experience in Compound Maintenance/ Landscaping

    

    

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1.    2-3 years’ experience in Refrigeration work

2.    Ability to multitask well

1. Certificate of Character
