Core Function
Responsible for the day to day operations of the Food Court at the Club, monitors and controls inventory, productivity and leads the department's employees in order to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Qualification/Experience
- Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Minimum of five (5) years experience in a management role, preferably in the retail industry.
- Ability to communicate effectively, demonstrate teamwork and provide leadership.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems and AS400.
