We invite applications for a new Digicel Opportunity - Financial Planning & Analysis Manager
Primary objectives of the job:
- To provide accurate and timely analysis of all financial planning budget and forecasting. To provide in-depth analysis on strategic business decisions. Provide support on daily KPI and revenue reporting highlighting any anomalies.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Preparation of annual budgets and monthly reforecasting. Development of regular monitoring of performance and re-forecasting
- Lead in the planning cycles, issue timetables to teams & coordinate the process from start to finish, communicate the financial planning process with
business units to ensure timely input.
- Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of revenue & cost of sales
- Monitor key performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of unexpected variance
- Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives
- Supporting Senior Management Team and Departments heads with in-depth analysis
- Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis when required
- Analyzing complex financial information and reports to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations for decision making purposes.
- Recommending, implementing and maintaining general process improvements within the FP&A area
- Compiling business cases for realizing potential market opportunities
- Support Daily revenue flash and KPI reporting
- Manage the monthly market review inputs for finance department
- Specific areas of responsibilities include , Daily prepaid revenue , Recharge , GCT / TCT calculations, International revenue analysis, Postpaid
revenue
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
- Qualified Accountant for minimum three (3) years.
- Five (5) years management experience in a large company.
Functional Skills:
- Relevant experience in reporting, forecasting and performance analysis
- Excellent presentation skills in terms of ability to present complex matters in a format which can be easily understood by all recipients
- Work independently, multi-task and thrive in a fast paced environment.
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Strong business partnering skills to enable you to build key relationships with critical team members.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Highly numerate and have excellent proficiency in financial modelling
- Highly self-motivated with an ability to take ownership of responsibilities and functions
- Managing continuous process improvements through automation
- Confidentiality and trustworthiness.

- Complete yearly budget and monthly forecasting

- Daily & Adhoc analysis on trends and or any potential business cases to drive business performance
