We are a rights based, dynamic, volunteer organization which is a leading innovator of SRH services in the region driven by passionate, service oriented professionals.

Mission Statement

To advance Sexual and Reproductive health and rights, through advocacy and the provision of quality services to men, women and young people in Trinidad and Tobago.

FPATT is a Non Governmental Organization (NGO), and part of a worldwide body of NGOs known as the International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF). Driven by the conviction that sexual and reproductive healthcare should be accessible to all, the Association consists of five clinics; which includes De Living Room, a clinic designed for the unique needs of young people, and our Mobile Outreach Programme that provides services to 64 underserved communities throughout the country.

In 2005, FPATT became fully accredited as a member of the IPPF. Full accreditation assured that the Association met with 64 international standards which included service, governance and management. In addition, FPATT became the only Member Association (MA) in the Caribbean to achieve Quality of Care Standards in 2006.

At FPATT we view our employees as our most valuable resource and you will be joining T.E.A.M FPA(Together Everyone Advancing and Motivating) where we foster a cooperative team based environment to accomplish our goals.

FPATT is funded by a grant from the GOTT which accounts for 17% of our income, we are run on a business model so our investments and income generating activities account for another 34% of our income, our parent body provides a grant which accounts for another 17 % of our operations and international donors accounts for another 20% of our annual income.
