Facilities Technician
Reporting to the Facilities Superintendent, the Facilities Technician is generally accountable for assisting in the maintenance, refurbishing and security of the real estate, assets and personnel of the College as well as the Occupational Safety and Health functions of the College.
Nature & Scope
The availability of the infrastructure at the College is a critical factor in facilitating its core business. Infrastructure management and protection are therefore key requirements for the effective operations of the College. The position must assist in implementing preventative maintenance plans and programmes to enhance the longevity of existing facilities. The position, in addition, assists the Facilities Superintendent in monitoring security function at the College as well as implementing and maintaining of all safety and health initiatives at the College.

Salary: TT$6,500.00 - TT$7,500.00 per month
