Reports to Facilities Manager
The Facilities Supervisor primary portfolio entails:
Support to the Facilities Manager in leading and managing the Facilities Unit. Assist in leading the execution of various projects to reduce costs and improve service to all stakeholders using the Lok Jack GSB Campuses for all territories in which it operates
DUTIES:
- Oversee supervision of all Facilities Unit Staff, and assist Facilities Manager in execution of assigned duties.
- Conduct complete facility inspections and report maintenance requests.
- Morning and weekend supervision is required.
- Direct supervision of Facilities Staff, including outsourced suppliers.
- Ensure safe atmosphere in facility by enforcing facility and departmental policies and procedures and taking a proactive approach to risk management.
- Assist with preparation, administration, and evaluation of special events.
- Monitor surveillance system and check all perimeter, office, mechanical, and storage room doors.
- Act as a First Responder in the event of a facility emergency by activating facility emergency action plan and working with HSSE Officer.
- Provide quality customer service to all users of the facility.
- Conduct tours of the facility to guests of the Lok Jack GSB as needed.
- Provide accurate program, construction and renovation information to staff and students as required.
- Plan and monitor the execution of various Facilities works and projects
Job Requirements:

- SPEAKING: Ability to communicate clearly to all stakeholders (peers, contractors, clients and other staff members)

Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP)
- Experience in Facilities Management for at least 3 years
- Experience in leading teams
- General knowledge of Air Conditioning, Electrical and Plumbing
