Responsible for the direct support to the Facilities Management Team in coordinating day-to-day activities of the assigned facilities and ensuring well-maintained sites with emphasis on delivering safe, comfortable environments to Team COLFIRE and stakeholders.

The person:

The applicant should possess the following:

  • Strong interpersonal communication, listening skills
  • Proven ability to be clear and concise when communicating orally or in writing;
  • Excellent organizational skills, that allows for tracking and sharing  information when required;
  • Proven ability to multi-task and work effectively in a team-based environment.
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.

Education/Accomplishments:

  • City & Guild Diploma in one or more of the following engineering disciplines:
    • Construction, Electrical and Mechanical
  • Diploma in Management Studies
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Facilities Management
  • Certification in OSH
  • A valid driver’s permit and 3 years driving experience
