FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER
The F & B Manager’s role will be to manage the restaurant, direct the kitchen operation and supervise events whilst coaching employees in guest service and appropriate F&B practices.
SCOPE OF JOB:
Experienced and active Food & Beverage professional is required to lead the kitchen, dining room and events at this small, but busy hotel on Negril’s 7-mile beach. Travellers Beach Resort is a 60 room hotel with a dining capacity of 110 and an F&B team of 25 that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner and regularly hosts events including meetings, weddings and weekly karaoke.
