FACILITIES MANAGER

TO FILL THE POSITIONS OF:
FACILITIES MANAGER
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Manages project planning and execution for building construction, renovations, relocations and the cyclical re-decorations (external and internal) management
• Sources contractors for building refurbishments and ensures budgetary and quality control
• Manages all custodial services including cleaning contracts, security, mechanical, electrical and building maintenance
• Controls building infrastructure maintenance, fixtures/fittings repairs, MEP services repair and renewal management
• Develops and maintains business continuity planning
• Manages emergency, security and alarm-related call-outs systems
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• A Diploma or equivalent qualification in Project Management
• At least 10 years’ experience in civil engineering and/or engineering construction
• Experience in the development and execution of large scale civil engineering projects
• Good knowledge of electrical installations, compressed dry air systems, chilled water systems and gas systems
• Working experience of health & safety management - OHSAS 18001
• Strong proficiency with AutoCAD
