The Executive Assistant will be required to provide administrative support to the Director/ Corporate Secretary. The person is responsible for assisting the Director/ Corporate Seretary in co-ordinating meetings and correspondence for Shareholders. The person will also be charged with managing and maintaining the Director Corporate/ Secretary's schedule.
The applicant must possess the following:-
The incumbent must also have good problem solving and decision making skills, and be able to meet deadlines and work with minimal supervision in a fast paced environment.
