COURSE OVERVIEW
The Jamaica Stock Exchange’s Certificate Course in Quantitative Methods will be offered in a blended format, online and face-to-face, and is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental concepts of statistics and statistical interference, methods for organizing and describing data, and the basic principles of the time value of money. Emphasis will also be placed on understanding and applying the concepts of random variables and probability distributions, as well as the basic principles of regression analysis.
