Education & Training Co-Ordinator
Main Job Function
To ensure that suitable Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Programmes are made available to members on matters of relevance to the accountancy and auditing professions and to ensure that the programmes are cost effective and meet the expectations of stakeholders.
Key Accountabilities
Develops programme rationales, drafts memoranda of understandings for the conduct of training programmess , assists with the sourcing of suitable presenters/speakers for CPD programmes, manages the implementation of training programmes
Liaises with the Accountant to prepare budget estimates and post seminar programme income and expenditure reports; and ensures that all programmes are managed within the approved budgets and that the procurement of all services is in alignment with the procurement procedures
Responsible for the sourcing of appropriate venues for the hosting of seminars liaises with all service providers and facilities management to ensure that appropriate arrangements are in place
Responsible for the setup and removal of all material related to events; ensures the availability and placement of suitable branded material and signage.
Education/Training:
A first degree in Business or any of the Social Sciences or
An Accounting Certification (CPA, ACCA – Level 1 or II)
At least two (2) years in a similar environment and experience in education/training
