Eastern Caribbean Home Mortgage Bank

The Eastern Caribbean Home Mortgage Bank (ECHMB) is a privately–managed mortgage bank whose primary function is to buy and sell mortgage loans for the purpose of providing greater liquidity to the financial institutions, such as banks, insurance companies and other mortgage lending institutions where such loans originate and to increase the capacity of these institutions to make additional mortgage loans.
