This is an exceptional career opportunity for an Easi-Claim Coordinator who will provide field auto technical adjusting services.
Our customers need us the most when they sustain loss or damage to their property. As a BCIC Easi-Claim Coordinator, you will play a vital role to ensure we deliver on our promise to give our customers peace of mind after they have had a loss. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company’s loss adjustment procedures are carried out as efficiently and effectively as possible, while communicating early and often with the customer to ensure that there is a minimum of inconvenience, and that they are fully aware of what the process entails. This will include meeting with customers in person to guide them through the settlement process in a caring and professional manner. You will be challenged to manage multiple cases simultaneously, and solve problems in a fast-paced working environment. You will be measured against customer service metrics, your ability to provide accurate estimates and reach fair and efficient claims resolutions while managing costs. You will also have the opportunity to design & implement processes that maximize customer satisfaction.
Specific responsibilities include:
• Delivering exceptional and courteous customer service
• Traveling to the location of damaged vehicles and conducting assessments
• Accurately preparing estimates of repairs
• Providing clear, written correspondence as necessary
• Working well with others in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Achieving targeted performance goals to support BCIC’s operational standards
• Coordinating and managing our use of external adjusters
• Creating and maintaining relationships with repairers

Qualifications
• Three years’ experience writing estimates in an auto body shop or, even better, for an insurance company
• An Adjuster's License or qualification from a recognized automotive institute on the structure and dynamics of motor vehicles is a definite plus
Skills & Training
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and computer skills
• Ability to be a self-starter and work independently
• Strong inter-personal and relationship building skills
• Previous experience using a computer estimating system such as ADP, CCC or Mitchell is a definite plus
