We are seeking an industrious, results-oriented and ambitious individual to join our team as E-Commerce Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for the managing the day to day operations of our online marketplace and maintaining a high level of quality customer service and customer loyalty.

We are seeking an industrious, results-oriented and ambitious individual to join our team as E-Commerce Manager. The incumbent will be responsible for the managing the day to day operations of our online marketplace and maintaining a high level of quality customer service and customer loyalty. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Seller management and support
  • Buyer satisfaction and support
  • Content management
  • Catalogue and category optimization
  • Product placement and positioning
  • Order cycle and related information systems
  • Online marketing strategy
  • Support revenue planning and manage to target
  • Marketplace system champion and power-user
  • Web Analytics and management reporting
  • Any other reasonable duties that may be assigned. 

Qualification & Experience 

-          A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications.

-          Strong computer skills, especially web based applications.

-          Superior writing skills; writing that is clear, compelling and well organized, free from errors in grammar, punctuation and spelling.

 -         Excellent oral communication and listening skills.

 -         Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

 -         Demonstrated ability to work effectively, both independently and in a team environment, in an atmosphere of multiple projects, shifting priorities, and deadline pressures.

 -         Experience in writing web copy with bias toward marketing and promotional content.

 -         Experience with web analytics and measurement tools.

 -         Product management skills desirable.

 -         Strong editorial skills.

 -         Strong sense of layout and design desirable.

 -         Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in performing duties.
