Driver/Warehouse Attendant

Drive vehicles for the purpose of delivering goods to the store and head office. Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, hand trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) for the purpose of moving large and heavy items safely and effectively.

In this dynamic role, you will report to the Logistics Manager and support our Pharmacy practice by:

    Drive vehicles for the purpose of delivering goods
    to the store and head office.
  • 
    Load and unload delivery trucks for the purpose
    of receiving stock and/or filling orders for transfer.
  • 
    Operate warehouse equipment (e.g. forklift, hand
    trucks, pallet jacks, etc.) for the purpose of moving large and heavy items
    safely and effectively.
  • 
    Pick, pack and send out completed orders to the
    stores.
  • 
    Receive goods, sort and allocate as per
    warehouse layout.
  • 
    Verify receiving documentation including
    purchase orders and vendor invoices.
  • 
    Inform supervisor of discrepancies in stock,
    goods delivered by vendors or goods transferred to the stores.
  • 
    Maintain general integrity of the stock kept at
    the warehouse or transferred to/from the stores.
  • 
    Participate in physical inventories for the
    purpose of verifying stock and identifying losses.
  • 
    Perform other duties as required for the
    efficient operations of the business
