Draughting Technician

Job Profile:

The draughting technician will work with the sales representatives to provide quotations and complete tenders for our customers and architects; visit sites & take measurements; complete job sheets for production & installation; complete autocad drawings; and provide technical expertise and support as required.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Issuing of Quotations and Tenders
• Reading and understanding of design drawings, manufacturer’s literature and installation diagrams
• The ability to deal with customers and clients in person and on the phone
• Site Visits, as required
• Sales
• Any other duties, as assigned

Qualifications:

·       Minimum five (5) GCE O’ level, CXC or Cape passes, including Math and English.

·       Must be proficient with computers - MS Word, MS Excel, AutoCAD and Acrobat Suite

·       Experience in Sales and a Driver’s License would be an asset
