FTTH Door to Door Agents - TOBAGO
Selling products and services to residential customers, this includes up-selling and cross selling to existing customers.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Promotes and sells all products and services to residential and retail customers.
Creates and maintains sales opportunities funnel
Achieve sales objectives while providing the highest level of customer service & satisfaction.
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate business
Prepares and submit sales reports as required
Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.
Accurately record/receipt customer orders and application forms
Researches sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
Coordinates sales efforts with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups.
Manage sales process with all stake holders to ensure efficient product and service commissioning
Creates and manages a customer value plan for existing customers highlighting profile, share and value opportunities
Identifies advantages and compares organization's products/services.
Plans and organizes personal sales strategies to achieve assigned goals and targets.
Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive
Keeps abreast of product applications, technical services, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional trends through the reading of pertinent literature and consulting with immediate management team, marketing and technical service group.
Participates in trade shows and conventions when required
Execute administrative duties required to achieve sales targets
Other duties required to achieve strategic goals
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
Diploma in Marketing, Sales , Business Administration or Social Sciences
At least two (2) years or more experience in sales with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding set targets
Proficient in Microsoft suite
Previous experience in a customer service environment will be an asset
