As a Field Operations Manager at Nestlé T&T Ltd. you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of high-calibre Medical Delegates to ensure accurate information is provided to the Health Care Professionals.

As a Field Operations Manager at Nestlé Trinidad and Tobago Limited you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of high-calibre Medical Delegates to ensure accurate information is provided to the Health Care Professionals about infant nutrition, ensuring compliance with the WHO International Code of the Marketing of Breast milk substitutes, Code of Ethics and local laws.

To be our preferred candidate, you should possess:

  • A University Degree in the area of Health or related to Marketing or Business Administration
  • A minimum of 5 years as a Medical Delegate or Medical Representative, preferably within the nutrition or
    pharmaceutical industry
  • A minimum of 3-4 years in a supervisory role or function as a team leader
  • A Minimum of 3 years in a similar role
  • Exceptional negation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation and decision making skills
  • Ability to strategically plan according to the needs of the business
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to coach influence people
  • Good management skills, specifically relevant to territory management, reporting and the execution of
    projects.
  • The ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • The ability to work within a team-oriented environment
