Purpose of the Role
The Director Service Delivery & Support is responsible for leadership, coaching, motivating, and problem solving, driving & communicating the service requirements to the customer, sales, Customer Experience & operational teams. The objective is to exceed in the set KPI’s; enhance quality, reduce costs, shorten response times, provide support, ensure timely provisioning & accurate billing in order to protect revenues through planning, organizing & implementing effective governance procedures & processes.
