The Digital Sales Representative is responsible for supporting sales teams in assigned markets with digital sales, designing and making presentations, training staff and clients on all digital products.
The Digital Sales Representative is responsible for supporting sales teams in assigned markets with digital sales, designing and making presentations, training staff and clients on all digital products. The Digital Sales Representative is also responsible for assisting with tracking sales and measuring digital campaign performance in all assigned markets.
DO YOU HAVE:
• At least, Tertiary/College level education
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
• At least two years working in a customer service or sales environment
• At least two years’ experience in a marketing role
• Ability to work independently yet function well within a team environment
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for helping to drive digital sales results in all supported markets.
- Assist with developing and implementing best practices for sales, promotion and training of digital products.
- Ride with sales reps five days per week to help develop skill sets and report back to sales leadership on strengths and opportunities for development.
- Maintain expert level knowledge of all digital advertising and product solutions offered.
- Help with completion of weekly sales reports.
- Ensure customers and sales representatives have a complete understanding of Digital products’ features and benefits with respect to marketing campaigns and objectives.
- Help sales reps and sales leadership with collection of payment from advertisers.
- Train staff on approved strategies for preparing for digital sales calls and other client meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local leadership to ensure buy in on initiatives and to assist with developing sales initiatives.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings and with vendors as scheduled.
- Communicate with all sales team members regarding changes & update on sales policy and procedures for digital products.
