Digital Media & Marketing Specialist

 

  
                       
     

Core Functions

     
     
  • Develop search engine optimization (SEO) and pay-per-click (PPC) strategies to
    maximize leads and visits to target landing pages by achieving high-ranking placements in search results.

 

  •  Develop and implement segment relevant strategies to drive followership, user engagement, sales and brand affinity across various social media platforms – existing and emerging.

 

  • Create app based, in-game and SMS marketing campaigns to drive target marketing
    and communications outcomes.

 

  • Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies and relationships to  maximize sales through affilitate/partner digital channels  and assets (e.g. website).

 

  • Design website and blog content, visuals, landing pages, and determine tag and
     third party cookie strategies to optimize traffic, engagement (dwell time), and sales conversion.

 

  • Develop email and SMS marketing campaigns and messages.

 

  • Conducto ngoing A/B testing of campaigns to identify optimal factors and attributes for driving target outcomes.

 

  • Identify, implement and leverage various digital marketing software/tools e.g.
          brand listening, marketing automation, content management system, search
          engine management (SEM) bidding, A/B testing, web analytics, email
          management, campaign management, attribution modeling - to monitor and
          enhance marketing outcomes.

 

  • Research, identify and implement owned digital media solutions e.g. digital TVs in
          branches/ABMs, social wi-fi etc. 

 

  • Conduct ongoing research of new and emerging digital media channels and tools
          that will enhance business outcomes. Provide thought leadership and
          perspective for adoption.

 

  •  Manage relationships with affiliates and digital media commercial partners.

  • Develop dashboard to  facilitate ongoing performance monitoring of statistics across
               various digital platforms including but not limited  to cost
               per click (CPC), click through rate (CTR), impressions, visits,
               leads generated, conversion rate, dwell time, return on investment,
               cost per lead etc.

Qualifications & Experience

     
     
  • Master of Science Degree in marketing or a quantitative or technical discipline (Computer Programming, Engineering, Actuarial  Science, Statistics, etc)

 

  •  Three to five ( 3-5 years) working experience in digital marketing.
           

Required skills and specialized techniques

     

§  Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics,  WebTrends).

     

§  Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels. Understanding of web
      design/programming.

     

§  Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments.

     

§  Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).

     

§  Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript .

     

§  Strong analytics, reporting and analysis skills -- including how analytics
      integrations (ex: tags) work, using them to optimize campaigns/improve
      outcomes, etc.
