About the Role:
As a Digital Solution Specialist, within the Digital Business Solutions group, you have the opportunity to be at the intersection of technology and marketing while driving business results for our expanding customer base.
In this role you will be working with a variety of clients as a key part of the client teams within Caribbean Ideas Ltd.’s digital business solutions team. These client teams are tasked with driving business results and successes for blue-chip brands and clients via a range of inbound marketing & digital business solutions.
Your efforts will be a critical part of how each client’s brand is represented to current or prospective customers /fans from a digital communications perspective, as well as being an important part of increasing the engagement level of current or prospective customers with our clients’ brands.
To excel in this role you will be comfortable with all of the following aspects of client service delivery:
Planning, Analysis, Review and Recommendation
• Partnering with the Account Executive and DBS lead to build an excellent understanding of individual clients’ business objectives, understanding their industries, competition and broad environment, as well as their specific communication objectives and business objectives.
• Participating in client review and planning sessions with an ability to contribute well thought out ideas based on how to help clients achieve their goals
Execution & Day to Day Delivery
• Superb, on-time execution of individual clients’ agreed digital plans as assigned by the DBS Lead • Managing multiple clients with excellence, ensuring that all agreed client deliverables are performed on-time and at a consistently global-class standard.
• Seamlessly taking on the brand personality of each of your assigned clients and bringing that personality to life across all the digital channels under management
• Responsible for content creation as assigned by the DBS lead
• Participating in / managing where relevant, audience generation and content amplification.
Analysis, Review and Recommendation
• Continuous learning and research to stay abreast of the latest trends globally and regionally in digital community management and customer engagement via digital channels
• Continuously analyzing performance in a self-critical / self-aware way, with a view to identifying ways to improve, drive achievement of client goals and bring new opportunities to clients.
Being an amazing team member
• Identify opportunities to improve Caribbean Ideas’ methods, and capabilities as an organization, both within our Digital Business division and in the other business ventures of the company
• Collaborate with team members on the other strategic initiatives of the company, including events, workshops, brand building, and community focused activities
What we’re looking for (Core Requirements):
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications with evidence of academic excellence
• Expert at the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel ) and high comfort level with technology
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, preferably in the digital realm

What we’re looking for (Preferred but not required experience):
• Solid understanding of Content SEO
• Solid understanding of inbound marketing methodology
Compensation:
The successful candidate will earn:
Base: Base salary between TT$7,000 and $10,000 based on your skills and experience
Regular performance bonus: Opportunity to earn bonus payouts (cash or stock) based on individual performance in regular review cycles and overall company performance
Allowances: Cell phone & transport allowance
