Development Manager
Position Summary: This role which is based in Trinidad has responsibility for the acquisition and development of Talent and Organisational Development for our operations in the Caribbean. The incumbent will support The Corporate Talent Management and Organizational Development programmes by providing comprehensive support in the areas of recruitment and selection, performance management process, employee development and leadership programmes as well as developing policies and other initiatives to drive a culture of high performance.
The role will also be supported by and be responsible for the development of an HR Officer. There will be travel from time to time within the Caribbean region and on occasion internationally.
