Delivery Driver

The Driver/ Warehouse Attendant works alongside a team of people in the Logistics department, in carrying out daily deliveries, collection/s and or movement of equipment on behalf of the company as well as maintenance of MBC’s vehicles.

The Delivery Driver works alongside a team of people in the Logistics department, in carrying out daily deliveries, collection/s and or movement of equipment on behalf of the company as well as maintenance of MBC’s vehicles.

EDUCATION/ SKILLS

• At Least (5) O'Level passes including Math and English.
• Must be over 25 with clean driving record
• At Least two (2) references from previous employers required
• Three (3) or more years experience
• Police certificate of good character required

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• For Daily Delivery Schedule: checking out goods against delivery note, which would include verifying serial nos.# on items for delivery.
• Moving equipment around building interior and exterior 
• Moving equipment from service dept to delivery bay.
• Packing of goods on vehicle for delivery.
• Packing away of goods in warehouse from shipment (cleared goods).
• Assist the Logistics team with Delivery/Pick up of items to and from customers’ vehicle when the need arises.
• Safely packing goods into van to avoid damage during transit.
• Handling all goods safely to prevent damage.
• Collection and delivery of goods to Customers in any part of Trinidad and Tobago as assigned.
• Accurate dispatching of goods to customers.
• Maintenance of Vehicle if assigned.
• Ensuring that Vehicle is clean at all times (internal and external) if assigned.
