JOB TITLE: Data Specialist - DWH
Primary objective of the job:
Assisting in day to day activities DWH operations, processes, and performance of DWH team. Responsible for presenting data from various platforms extracted, cleaned, transformed and summarized for business reporting.

Main Duties and responsibilities:
* Ensure processes and procedures are in place and working successfully for day to day activities.
* Reconciliation of data received and processed with the source systems.
* Regular and effective communications with other business units.
* Effective documentation and library management
* Provide analytical and problem solving skills together with an ability to apply process for incident/problem management including trend analysis, root cause analysis and resolution of issues affecting the business support systems.
* Ensure the integrity of the DWH data at all times including security, data availability and accuracy.
* Ensure all product rollouts and changes are planned and managed to ensure minimal negative business impact.
* Investigations of data issues and concerns raised by business
* Performance tuning of data queries and reports
* Monitoring the DWH platform for performance bottlenecks and bad performing queries
Academic qualifications and experience required for job:
* Graduate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
* 2 years' experience
