Data Analyst

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintains the operational systems by auditing data to ensure correct formatting and entry in accordance with established protocols, standards, processes and procedures. 

• Contributes to the achievement of the company’s business by compiling, presenting and analysing data and preparing reports for clients and other stakeholders as required. 

• Maintains excellent client interface and provides information and feedback within approved format, and prompt and efficient support for issues raised/problems identified.

• Ensures the efficiency of the system by implementing approved operational procedures and processes and backing up information as required

• Provides information to guide decision making by preparing reports and making presentations as required.

• Ensures compliance with all laws and regulations by maintaining records of all transactions and overseeing the updating of all files.
