As the Customer Service Specialist for Nestlé Trinidad and Tobago, you will be the key point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for the execution of the orders and payments process for customers, maintaining all of the key performance indicators (KPIs) and service levels. You will be required to improve our customer satisfaction levels and establish a customer collaborative relationship in order to share information and KPIs.
