Customer Service Representative (North Campus)
The Job: The CSR serves the organisation as a professional customer service and public relations representative and provides visitors, clients and students with quality service on all of ROYTEC’s programmes and services.
The primary responsibilities would include:
Distribution of letters to graduands
distribution and return of gowns
recording and distribution of certificates
The ideal candidate should possess:
Associate Degree Advanced Level Certificate with Mathematics and English at O’ Levels
Ability to organize, prioritize and complete varied tasks accurately.
Ability to comfortably interact with a wide variety of personalities and temperaments.
Two years experience in a Customer Service Function preferably in a College or University environment.
Pleasant disposition and able to interact with customers (students) in a professional manner.
Ability to take initiative in handling student request/queries.
Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
A team player.
