Responsible fro acting as liaison between customer and the company. Assist with questions, orders, billing, complaints,errors, cancelations and queries
Duties:
Greet customers warmly and ascertain reason for calling.
Advise on company information.
Act as the company gatekeeper.
Inform customer of deals and promotions.
Sell products and services.
Work with sales manager to ensure proper customer service is being delivered.
Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges.
Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail, or social media.
Compile reports on overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Five (5) CXC passes including Maths and English.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience is required working with both internal and external customers desired.
Must have excellent computer skills – Word, Excel, Outlook.
Must have good multi-tasking skills, excellent customer service skills; ability to handle difficult customers in person;
