Responsibilities
Meet & Greet clients, in a warm, compassionate manner.
Effectively manage large amounts of incoming calls, ensuring all calls are responded to in a timely manner.
Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction for Doctors Clinics.
Willing to go the extra mile to engage customers, to ensure business retention at all times.
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Provide accurate, valid and complete information about Southern Medical Clinic, and Doctors’ Practices.
Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
Resolve any emerging problems that our clients might face with accuracy and efficiency.
Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
Prepare letters for doctors (occasionally).
Exhibit compliant and ethical behavior in the performance of job responsibilities, including the compliance of all applicable laws and regulations, Code of Conduct, Business Ethics Policies and Procedures, and other policies and procedures applicable to the position.
Perform general administration tasks, such as completion of Insurance Forms, or other duties as necessary, to meet corporate objectives.
Support other departments within Southern Medical Clinic.
The successful candidate must also possess:
Excellent communication skills
A warm, approachable demeanor
At least two (2) years’ experience in a customer service position
Extensive experience using MS Office software
Qualifications/Requirements
Diploma/Certificate in Business Studies/Customer Service/Administrative Studies
Minimum 5 O’ level passes inclusive of Mathematics and English Language
Two (2) to three(3) years’ related experience in a support center / help desk / customer service environment
Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written)
Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts within our hours of operation, where lunches and breaks are scheduled, with the flexibility to adjust daily schedule and work on alternate Saturdays
