Customer Service Representative
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES
Purpose:
Interact with customers in person or by telephone to provide information about products and services.
Objective:
The CSR will be responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with customers on behalf of the company.
General Responsibilities:
Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs
Provide pricing information
Recommend, select and help locate merchandise based on customer needs
Answer questions regarding the store and its merchandise
Tag, arrange and display products to promote sales
Ensure that shelves are adequately stocked and items are correctly and properly priced
Requisition of new stock
Handle and resolve customer complaints
Exchange merchandise for customers and accept returns in accordance with company’s return policy
Practice proper housekeeping
