Customer Service Representative
MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S PERMIT
MINIMUM 2 TO 3 YEARS DRIVING EXPERIENCE
24 HOUR OPERATION
SHIFT SYSTEM: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 12 MIDNIGHT
PART-TIME POSITION: 11 PM - 7 AM
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree Hospitality Management and Tourism or Business Management.
5 C.X.C O’Level passes including Mathematics and English with minimum of 2 A’ Level passes or an equivalent combination of education and work related experiences in a similar role.
Experience in customer service environment.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite.
Good oral and written communication skills.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Must possess a driver’s license for a minimum of two years. (manual transmission will be an asset)
Must be 25 years and over.
