ALSTONS SHIPPING is currently inviting suitable qualified candidates to apply for the position of Customer Service Representative Clerk at our Pt Lisas Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Create Export Bills of Lading
Prepare the export load list for upcoming vessels based on information submitted on customers’ proforma Bill of Lading.
Prepare consignee mail package for delivery to vessels.
Maintain an up-to-date file for release instructions of export shipments.
Submit export manifest to accounts department.
Prepare files for customs ‘contents’ purposes.
Liaise with the Marketing department as well as the islands with regards to queries and changes to customer’s information.
Filing, faxing
Customer/Counter service
REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of five (5) CXC passes including English and Mathematics.
Computer Literate.
Exceptional Customer Service skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A minimum of two years experience in a similar position or customer service environment.
