Customer Service Manager
The parent company of J&K Signature Styles, a women’s professional clothing retail chain, is seeking a CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER.
The Customer Service Manager is responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction by managing the interface between the customers and customer touch points including but not limited to our staff, systems and operations often in collaboration with other departments. This individual is responsible for ensuring that the company delivers an exceptional customer experience and achieves the highest rating of customer satisfaction achievable through objective systems of measurement.
