The Customer Service Associate is responsible for providing exceptional internal and external customer service as per Company standards.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable service to all customers.
  • Maintains a clean store environment and assists with housekeeping.
  • Monitors stock levels and replenishes and merchandises all products.
  • Provides assistance and advice about products and services to customers.
  • Answers customers' questions concerning location, price and use of merchandise.
  • Sets up advertsining/promotional displays.
  • Cashes items at point of sale.
  • Balances and reconciles cash draw at the end of shift.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Three (3) CXC O' Levels including Mathematics and English
  • Computer Literacy
  • Two (2) years' previour retail or customer service experience would be considered an asset.

 

  • Strong interest in helping deliver exceptional and consistent customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods
  • Must be able to pull, push and lift sometimes awkward objects weighing 20 lbs.
