The courier picks up and delivers documents, packages and supplies on deadline.
Develop and maintain satisfactory customer relationships with both internal and external customers.
Sorting and delivery of toners/consumables for all agents throughout Trinidad.
Delivery/pickup of equipment throughout Trinidad.
Collection of letters/packages from agent network as required.
Any other responsibilities as required.
Distributing payroll to all the banks and payments to the various companies.
Bank duties (draft deposits, regular deposits, delivery and collection of cheques and mail).
Making (VAT, PAYE) payments and collecting VAT certificates and Inland Revenue.
Obtain signatures and payments, or arrange for recipients to make payments.
Deliver messages and items, such as newspapers, documents, and packages, between establishment departments.
Perform general office or clerical work such as filing materials, operating duplicating machines, or running errands.
ESSENTIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS
5 C.X.C. O’ Level passes including Mathematics, English and Principles of Accounts.
At least 2 years’ experience in a similar position.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must be available to work on Saturdays.
Ability to lift/carry reasonable amount of weight (boxes of paper, printers etc.)
