POSITION SUMMARY:
The Account Director represents Digicel Trinidad Limited at our Major Clients and is the single/first point of contact for the customer representing all aspects Digicel Business within customer base. The Account Director is responsible for all aspects of Major Account Management example (Setting Strategy, Driving Profitable Results within Customer Account, Ensuring Excellent Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction). The Account Director will be knowledgeable of Industry Trends, Economic Factors and understand relevant Information and Technology solutions. The Account Director will drive Digicel Solutions to targeted Major Accounts to achieve Digicel Business Strategy and Financial Objectives.
KEY FUNCTIONS:
The Account Director will ensure ALL Major Accounts are properly documented and updated monthly with an Updated Strategic Account Plan. The Customer Strategic Account Plan will drive sales within the Year for major clients. Plan of Actions, SWOT, and Key Opportunities must be identified and actively managed.
To set relevant targets and actions for Customer Support Managers who will actively work with Account Directors in Major Accounts.
Build efficiencies within the Customer Support Managers team to achieve the full range of account objectives.
Provide coaching and mentoring to Customer Support Managers Team and develop an environment of continuous learning.
Act as Liaison between Pre-Sales and Service Delivery Departments to ensure that ALL products and services are delivered on-time and within budget. Ensure proper escalation of potential delays to customer service/site and mitigate against such. Actively seeks both Digicel and Customer's Interest.
Actively Drive successful Senior Customer Relationships within Customer Accounts working at various CxO's levels to ensure customer needs are exceeded. To represent company at various Customer Seminars and Partner Forums.
To meet and exceed clear performance targets across assigned territory. Continuously working to ensure a consistent approach to growing Digicel Customer Base.
Proactively advise Senior Management on the product, sales and marketing strategy trends for the assigned market/industry.
