Job Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for the strategic sourcing and procurement functions across all business lines within the Group. He/She will formulate sourcing and procurement strategies, policies and procedures, as well as managing the sourcing and procurement of required goods and services as prescribed by legislation, the Regulator and the Group

Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must possess a First Degree and Post Graduate Qualification in a relevant discipline from a reputable University or other professional qualification from a recognized body e.g. CIPS, MCIPS, CFA, CIMA, ACCA and a minimum of seven (7) years’ progressive experience in banking operations, at least five (5) of which must be at a Managerial Level OR a Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Finance or Supply Chain and a minimum of ten (10) years’ relevant experience in the field of Supply Chain or Procurement at a Managerial Level with a successful track record of performance. The ideal candidate must possess knowledge of strategic sourcing and procurement, strong customer service orientation, in addition to excellent execution and implementation capabilities.
