Cool petroleum Limitedwas incorporated on December 29, 2005 with limited liability under the Companies Act 2004 of Jamaica and having its registered office at 6A Holborn Road, Kingston 10, St. Andrew Jamaica. The company was incorporated to acquire, operate and manage all of the Acquired Business Assets, that is the, retail and commercial assets, previously owned by the Shell Company West Indies Limited Jamaica Branch. The company is one hundred (100%) owned by cool Petroleum Holdings Limited (“CPHL”), a company incorporated under the International Business Company Act 1999 of St. Lucia, with its registered office at Pointe Seraphine, P.O. Box 195, Castries, St. Lucia, CPHL is owned by Cool Corp Limited and Neal and Massy Gas Industrial Holdings Limited (“NMGIHL”).

Cool Corp, in addition to a number of businesses, controls the retail chain of gas stations which trades under the Cool Oasis TM registered trademark. Cool Corp has a network of thirty-two (32) outlets making them the largest indigenous Jamaican operator.

Neal and Massy Holdings Limited (“NML”) is a Trinidad and Tobago based conglomerate with subsidiaries carrying on operations in the majority of the English –speaking countries of the Caribbean and has been in operations for more than eighty (80) years. The NML Group trades on the Trinidad and Tobago Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol NML.
