The successful candidate is responsible for supporting all maintenance activities through the preparation of quality work packs including procedures, materials, tools, resources and safety analysis, in order to execute the work in a safe method and ensure that the KPIs are achieved.
Key Duties:
Support in the planning coordination of all preventive and corrective maintenance activities, according to company Work Management Processes and procedures
Create and facilitate work packs to the required standard for Massy WG /bpTT maintenance work to ensure that activity planning (AP) gate criteria is met.
Liaise with bpTT AP functional scheduler/MTL/MEM to provide updates and agree on execution dates for maintenance activities.
Review and support in the management of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) on a regular basis to ensure consistency and accuracy of information contained as per the assigned system work flow profile.
Support and attend all validation meetings when required.
Performs all other related job functions as required.
Minimum Requirements:
Technical Diploma or equivalent.
CMMS, Maximo or similar Certification is also required.
A minimum of three (3) years’ experience in a similar position.
Experience working in maintenance execution.
Experience developing Job safety analyses for maintenance activities.
Knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling processes.
Knowledge and experience managing work permits.
Experience and knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) preferable Maximo and must be able to use the system to; Conduct Searches/ Queries, Create Work Requests, Make Status Updates, Complete Work Orders, Reporting & Generating Follow up Work Orders, Flagging/ Requesting improvements
