In-house Contact Centre Supervisor,
KPMG is seeking to hire experienced Contact Centre Supervisors to be Team Leaders for Transactions Processors for our US Office Extension Service

PROFILE OF THE JOB:
This is a hand-on leadership position where the successful incumbent will provide leadership, communication, and coaching to the team, while providing practical assistance in meeting their day-to-day goals.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Participate in the production activities towards meeting team goals
Provide oversight and coaching to team members requiring assistance, mentoring, and development
Analyze team performance and productivity
Identify and address individual/team training and development needs
Liaise with local and overseas managers in resolving escalations
Implement programs to motivate employees and stimulate a high sense of business values
PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource management Marketing/Library Science / Business or Natural Science with a research focus and with appropriate levels of experience as under;
3 years experience in at least one of these functional areas HR, Finance, or Marketing
2 years previous experience managing a team preferably within a contact centre
Experience using CRM or enterprise management systems
Excellent report writing skills
Sound judgement and problem solving skills
Superior written and verbal communication skills
A high level of initiative, integrity and organisational skills
Leadership skills potential appropriate to job level.
Effective time management and team working skills, complemented by willingness to work extended hours as necessary to ensure consistency in meeting critical individual and team deadlines
Excellent interpersonal skills; professional attitude; an ability to work productively and collaboratively and communicate effectively with persons from diverse backgrounds (both internal and external)
Strong computer skills with proficiency in MS Office
