The Facilities Technician has responsibility for providing comprehensive facility maintenance, repair and service. The person will be required to oversee contractors and perform a myriad of technical tasks to ensure safe and comfortable facilities and well maintained furniture and fixtures.
To assist in all Project activities undertaken within the Engineering Department with special focus on the preparation of project planning, proposals and execution of contracts.
The objective of the Project Coordinator will be to assist in coordinating assigned activities of various projects ensuring that all assigned tasks are properly executed as planned and are conducted in accordance with company policies/procedures and with client requirements.
The Construction Superintendent is responsible for leading project execution, assuring achievement of the plan in terms of quality, time and budget in compliance with the Company’s HSSE and technical standards as well as established policies and procedures.
