Compliance & Monitoring - Senior Officer (KJESS)

The JESS US Quality Performance Review (QPR) resources are responsible for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures.

JOB SUMMARY:

The JESS US Quality Performance Review (QPR) resources are responsible for performing various tasks in accordance with standard operating procedures provided by the Clients’ US Quality Performance Review (QPR) team including, but not limited to performing QP compliance reviews and supporting related activities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform initial Compliance Reviews of engagements by accessing engagement data on technology systems and comparing engagement data to provided policies (i.e., business rules) to determine compliance or possible non-compliance.
• Prepare initial communication with engagement team to discuss questions and clarify possible non-compliance
• Work with QPR Director and/or Manager to confirm/resolve identified issues and coordinate and communicate with the subject engagement teams
• Schedule and facilitate calls with engagement teams to address issues and discuss QPR findings.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Equivalent Professional Accreditation
• At least three years of relevant work experience in a business environment; professional services firm, preferred
• Highly organized in high volume and fast-paced work environment
• Strong problem-solving skills, organization, and independent judgment skills

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

• Expected to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Will be working primarily in a paperless environment and expected to be using information systems for the entire workday to access data or perform activities.
• May be required to work extended hours periodically or on public holidays.
