The Commercial Manager will ensure policy and procedures are adhered to with respect to contractual and financial guidelines. The Commercial Manager will provide support to the sales/account teams in developing a culture of best practice risk management, forecasting, contract negotiation & management and debt management. The Commercial Manager will be responsible for ensuring accurate billing for services and ensuring monthly reconciliation with finance. The Commercial Manager will also be responsible for ensuring that profitability targets for products and services are being maintained to budget. The Commercial Manager will also be responsible for driving improvement in financial reporting and analysis and also for the accuracy of key performance indicators in the department.
- Four year college degree from an accredited institution in Business, Finance or Computing; Accounting Certification will be an asset
- Three to five years' experience in a similar role
- Experience in the telecoms market is an advantage
- Financially literate and able to effectively put together sales forecasts, pricing models and
input into a P&L
