Commercial Manager / Export Manager

To do:
You formulate and implement together with the marketing and sales team, which you lead , the commercial policy as part of company policy. The export policy is also part of the commercial policy. You identify effective " route to market" strategies for new markets and identifies new distribution partners. The realization of sales and targets at the local and export markets but also sound sales and marketing reporting and market research for to obtain the desired views in the markets and the development thereof are part of your function.

You are:
You have a university or college degree with specialization in marketing, business administration, commercial economy or / and business administration with a minimum of 10 years demonstrable successful experience in FMCG marketing, of which at least two years as a commercial or export manager at an international company, preferably in the stimulants and or beverage industry. Additionally, you are very commercial, analytical, organizational and strong result oriented and you have a strong personality with conviction and excellent communication and coaching skills. You are part of the management team and you report to the Managing director.
