We are currently seeking a leader who supports DIRECTV's mission, vision and values by exhibiting excellence, competence, collaboration, and innovation in leading our Collections Unit. This role, which is based at our office in Trinidad, requires an energetic and effective team player with a passion for providing good customer service to develop strategies to collect monies owed from our customers in Trinidad & Tobago.
In this role, the incumbent will report to the Manager - Telecentre and Customer Care and will also collaborate closely with our Customer Experience Manager to optimize our current systems to achieve the targets outlined in key KPIs such as Involuntary Churn Rate, Collections Rate & Disconnection Rate.
