CLIENT RELATIONSHIP OFFICER

Bourse Securities Limited is the leading independent stockbroking house in the country. The Company is recognized as a rapidly expanding, innovative provider of investment products as well as other financial services.

Accordingly, we are seeking to recruit a dynamic individual for the position of Client Relationship Officer whose duties will be:

1. To build and maintain relationships with clients.
2. To assist the Client Relationship Executive in the marketing exercises for the range of Bourse products and services.
3. To ensure all relative documents/ correspondence/ statements are dispatched to clients on a timely basis.
4. To assist with the maintenance and management of the client database.
5. To carry out other related duties as required

The preferred candidate should have the following requirements:

1. At least 5 O’ Level passes inclusive of English Language and Mathematics
2. A’ Level passes particularly in the area of Business would be considered an asset
3. 1-2 years experience in the area of Office Administration and/or Customer Service
4. Computer Literacy is critical – proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
5. Diploma/ Certificates in the area of Customer Service/ Marketing would be valuable.

The chosen candidate should possess the following skills:

1. Good Listening Skills- particularly with regards to dealing with client complaints
2. Interpersonal Skills
3. Communication Skills- should be eloquent and ought to be comfortable interacting with clients via phone, e-mail or face-to-face
4. Customer Service Skills
