To provide strategic consulting with the objective of achieving portfolio growth and revenue generation from assigned accounts through the development of customer and prospect relationships. I.E. IT Sales!
NOTE: This is an I.T. Sales job to manage various clients. You must have prior IT Sales experience to be considered.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of assigned client accounts
- Design and promote profitable, effective and competitive sales proposals for prospective and existing customers
- Gather market and customer intelligence to obtain an awareness of competitor's products, services and initives in the market and as it relates to customer satisfaction and retention
- Have an in-depth understanding of customer/prospects needs and/pr analysis
- Assist and participate in the preparation and delivery of topical and developmental seminars and prospects
- Monitor accounts to ensure that optimum profitability is maintained in each client
- Maintain regular call programme on existing customers to ensure effective management, retention and expansion of each relationship
- Develope strategies and work with the relevant teams to identify client business needs and formulate solutions to address needs
